Completing the Barrows minigame does not guarantee players will get a Barrows item. The whole armour set requires 70 Defence and 70 Ranged to equip. Spec: ahrim (even msb (i) spec, or dds, but ideally claws) Melee: skeletons, bloodworms for kc. Or if you’re BPing you can get kc with bp and not bring melee gear at all.
You could practice/simulate fight caves in these worlds without the loss of supplies. I would say the dps increase from the Karil'ls compensates for the loss of prayer from the book (the longer you have to kill magers + have mage pray on the more ppots you use per wave).
